A Most Wanted Man

Issa Karpov - a political refugee enters Germany illegally. He shows up in Hamburg's Islamic community to claim his father's illegal money and both the US and German security takes a closer look into the case. They want to trace this man's true identity whether he is a victim or an extremist.
