When human are mutated into cannibalistic creatures by virus, a pregnant young girl is trying to survive. That girl, Alice, with two other men, are trying to move to an island. Meanwhile, the group identifies the real threat is not the bloodthirsty zombies, which is a mysterious girl who closely follows their group.
