Betrayed

In an effort to control the city the Mayor opens the doors to the Russian Mob. He is then betrayed by the gang, causing him to allow the Cartel to push them out. In an act of revenge, the Russians take the Mayor's daughter. He then seeks the help of Mike Wolf to get her back.
