Breakfast On Pluto

Written and directed by Neil Jordan and based on the novel of the same name by Patrick McCabe, the film follows Patrick, who identifies himself as transgender, renames himself Kitten when he is a teen. He leaves her Irish town for London, in part to look for her mother and in part because her gender identity is beyond the town's understanding.
