A black and white movie where the kids play the parts as the real gangster. They use ‘’ splurge guns’’ instead of real guns and bullets in order to cover the victim in cream. The story centers on the rise of ‘’ Bugsy Malone’’ and the war for power between ‘’ Fat Sam ‘’ and ‘’ Dandy Dan ‘’.
