Children of the Corn 3: Urban Harvest

After being adapted and brought into Chicago, Joshua attempts to adjust to his new surroundings and starts to interact with the locals, his younger brother Eli refuses to adapt. Eli then uses his powers of mind control to recruit the children in his reign of terror against adult mankind.
