City By The Sea

Vincent LaMarca is a devoted and respectable New York City police detective who has spent his whole life staying away from his dark past: his father was executed for homicide, after a child whom he had kidnapped was murdered. However, history seems to repeat itself as his own son, Joey LaMarca, a junkie, gets involved in a drug-related murder.
