Coconut Hero

The film follows a 16-year-old boy named Mike, who lives in the middle of Nowheresville with a hope of getting out of his terrible life forever. Spending his time devising ways to do himself in, he considers the fatal brain tumor in his head as a godsend. It immediately changes when he encounters a girl and falls in love for the first time after a tough time.
