The film follows Colonel Hogan, who has just been released after 28 years on prison. When he gets out, there is only one thing in mind and it's taking his revenge on Mike Danton. With a huge amount money from an Internet company, Hogan is afford to hire a group of mercenaries to help him with the intention.
