Peter falls for his beutiful childhood friend and next-door neighbor Erica. Motivated by his grandpa, Peter decides to camp on Erica's lawn until she realizes that she has feeling for him too. Every time Erica goes out, she is putting on a more provocative outfit, driving Peter to the brink of craziness.
