When hijacking fuel tankers in Dominican, Dominic's crew are tracked by police, which forces the crew to disband and Dominic has to leave his girlfriend Letty behind to save her. Three months later, he hears about Letty's murder and decides to figure out the truth. During his investigation, he meets F.B.I. agent Brian O'Conner who is tracking down a drug lord named Arturo Braga and they team up together to gain their purposes.
