Sandy Ricks feels uncomfortable when he is sent to Coral Key, an island of Florida with his uncle, a fisherman. He doesn't like anything there. But when he meets Flipper, a friendly dolphin as well as Kim, a pretty neighbor, Sandy has a different perspective on this place.
