Just when his team needed him the most, football quaterback Joe Pendleton got an accident and ends up in heaven. However, an angel finds out that it's not yet his time to be there. Surprisingly come back to Earth, he confuses his wife and murderers. Now he must continue his job - helping his team win the Superbowl.
