Joe Dirt is the caretaker at a Los Angeles radio station who is draged into the studio to talk live on the air with famous Zander Kelly. Joe tells a story about his life being abandoned by his parents and young sister at the Grand Canyon and growing up in a series of orphanage, and then arriving in Silvertown where he meets a beautiful girl Brandy.
