Moving from England to California, Elle Woods' young, blonde cousins Annie and Izzy believes that they soon will get on well with new high school, new home and new life by their modern clothes styles, small dogs and street smarts. However, they quickly realize they are nowhere near the uniform fashions and must defend themselves from the money-focused dominating forces who attempt to frame them for a crime.
