Jane and Roxy Ryan are teenage Long Island twins who find themselves on numerous misadventures when they trek into Manhattan on a school day such as landing in the middle of a shady black market transcation, being chased by an overzealous truent officer (Eugene Levy), and accused of stealing a Senators dog.
