Pokemon 03: Spell of the Unown

Prof. Spencer Hale uncovers a strange breed of "pocket monsters" called Unown and then is sucked into the dimension of the Unown, leaving his daughter Molly alone. Molly inherits the Unown from her father and the Pokemon uses its power to transforming her manor house into a crystal-like palace as her wish but also seperates her with the world. Ash and his friends come and join in the rescue mission to save young Molly.
