A huge egg is discovered and disintered at a constructional site and brings the horrible villain named Ivan Ooze when it is opened. After being released, Ivan takes revenge on Zordon for confining him 100 years ago. In the face of dying Zordon and their lost power, the Rangers come to a distant planet to seek for Dulcea, a mystical warrior.
