When Rooster Chanticleer who is believed to make the sun rise is tricked into moving to the city in pursuit of his dream as an Elvis-style Las Vegas singer, his farm is seriously threatened by a massive flood. As little boy Edmond's father's farm suffers the flood, he embarks himself on a magical quest into the animal world to try to bring Chanticleer home.
