September Dawn

The film depicts a love story set during a tense encounter between a wagon train of settlers and a renegade Mormon group. Local Mormon Bishop Jacob Samuelson's oldest son Jonathan is assigned to spy on the settlers, only to soon fall in love with an angelic member of the wagon train, the minister's daughter Emily.
