This action-packed thrilling movie set in London 2015 where bloody gang warfare dominates the decaying capital. Nevertheless, local gang Paper Chaserz keeps themselves from troubles, and refuse to kill as part of their 'moral code' through the leadership of Rager. However, when a conflict with a notorious, vicious rival gang turning into deadly battle, Rager is killed when attempting to save his younger brother Junior. Now Junior must decide whether to take revenge for his brother or stick to the gang's moral code.
