Nine doctors has been killed mysteriously by bats, bees, frog,... Investigating detective finds out that they all have something in common: they all talked part in an operation involving the wife of Dr. Phibes. But Dr. Phibes couldn't be the culprit as he had dead in a car crash. Who is the true culprit and could the detective find and uncover him?
