An across country trip becomes a nightmare when pregnant woman Beth and her fiancé Cameron stop at a desolate motel the small town of Montgomery.Beth is kidnapped from their room that night and wakes up in a bath tub and finds her baby has already been taken and some women who fall into similar situation in a monstrous clinic.
