The Crow: Salvation

In the third installment of this sci-fi action-adventure franchise, Eric Mabius stars as Alex Corvis, who is wrongly executed for the murder of his girlfriend, being executed by getting leather mask melted onto his face. When Alex returns from the dead with some interesting burn marks on his face, seeking not only the real killer, but redemption for the darkness in his soul.
