The hound dog Copper and the fox Tod are still best friends. When Copper is discovered to have a good voice and gets a chance to join a popular vocal dog group called "The Singing Strays". Unfortunately, Copper's newly discovered talent makes Tod jealous and abandoned, which threatens to destroy their friendship.
