The House of the Spirits

The House of the Spirits (Also Known As: La casa de los espíritus ) is a Drama Romance film directed by Bille August and written by Isabel Allende (novel), Bille August. It released on 21 October 1993 (Germany). The film stars Jeremy Irons, Meryl Streep, Maria Conchita Alonso. A rancher, his clairvoyant wife and their family face turbulent years in South America in this adaptation of Isabel Allende's best-seller.
