This Boy's Life

Based on the real-life story of writer and literature professor Tobias Wolff, this moving drama follows teenage boy Tobias Wolff who wanders across country with his mother in hopes of a better life. When his mother enters a new marriage, Tobias must struggle with both mental and physical abusiveness from his tyrannous new stepfather while attempting to gather his own hopes and pursue his own dreams.
