When Black Birds Fly

The film transports us to the seemingly perfect suburban dystopia of Heaven, a black-and-white totalitarian state overseen by a ruler named Caine, who commands his citizens to unconditionally love and obey him, and to never venture onto the other side of the wall where his arch nemesis steals and corrupts souls.
