The series follows Chuck Rhoades, a United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, who has a particular distaste for wealthy criminals that try to buy their way out of justice, as he goes after hedge fund king, Bobby "Axe" Axelrod in a battle between two powerful New York figures.
