BBC Two's hot topic thriller Collateral exploded onto our screens, with the shooting of an illegal immigrant in South London drawing together Carey Mulligan's copper, John Simm's politician and Nicola Walker's vicar. The four-part drama has been written by acclaimed playwright Sir David Hare and marks his first episodic show.
