Based on the legendary girl-soldier in the ancient Chinese, this film features Mulan on her journey of replacing her father to serve the army. Mulan's father is forced to serve the army but he can not go because of his ill health. Mulan takes his weapon, disguises as him and join the army. After completing series of campaign, she proves herself a notable warrior, despite of her female gender.
