The series tells the stories of six teens including comatose 12-year-old Charlie, 16-year-olds Jordi, Leo, Dash, Emma, and Kara, as they navigate life with the help of Nurse Jackson, Dr. Jack McAndrew, and new nurse Brittany Dobler.
