A lonely and ageing bachelor, Mr Hoppy lives in a London and has two important things in his life: his balcony garden and Mrs Silver, his neighbour. Sadly Mrs Silver is too fond of her tortoise. After that, Mr Hoppy sets up a plan to show her how much he cares.
