Chon Wang, who works as a sheriff in Carson City, receives a letter from her sister Chon Lin in China that his estranged father is murdered. Lin is keeping track of the murder and informs Wang that he is in England. Chon, with the help of his old partner Roy O'Bannon, makes the way to London for revenge.
