Directed by Oscar-winning director Tom Hooper, this drama stars Eddie Redmayne and Alicia Vikander as two Danish artists who are married to each other. When Gerda (Vikander) asks her husband Einar Wegener (Redmayne) to fill in as a portrait model, Einar discovers the person she's meant to be and begins living her life as Lili Elbe, starting her new journey as a transgender pioneer.
