Season 3 begins with Mindy being in a relationship with Danny, but she wants to keep it in secret because they are coworkers. Mindy also confronts dangers in her job including a condemnation of tax fraud, a call to Cliff for his help to clear her name while she experiences the ups and downs of her relationship. And she gets more complications when being given a chance for a medical fellowship at Stanford.
