Baek Shi Yoon is an ex secret agent and a well-trained human weapon. Retired from the force, Shi Yoon purchases the bar “Neighborhood” and runs it as the owner. He gets close to the neighborhood regulars at his bar and help them with their problem, including a young man named Choi Chan Gyu who works as a temporary employee and dreams of being a police officer. Baek Shi Yoon trains him as a secret agent and they team up to fight against evil.
