According to Jim - Season 8

The story of Jim, a lovable but childish man who lives in suburban area with his clever wife and three lovely children. The only unsatisfied factor in his life is his frequent troubles, which is caused by his laziness. In the beginning of season 8, Jim has to take care of his kids when his wife takes a nap after suffering from lack of sleep.
