The second installment of Arrow (based on DC Comics hero Green Arrow) starts with Oliver Queen returning to Starling City after the Undertaking and finding out that things are in worse than he imagined. Oliver's main enemy is Slade Wilson who becomes the evil Deathstroke after being injected with the strength-inducing serum mirakuru. Slade blames Oliver for Shado's death on the island and begins chasing him around. But he's not the only villain who raises troubles for either Oliver or Arrow.
