Chef's Table - Season 3

Season 3 opens with Chef Alain Passard causing a stir when he reboots his famed Paris restaurant to focus on vegetables in the third-season opener. Later we meet Jeong Kwan, a monk in Korea, who is connected to the spiritual side of food.
