After a potential outbreak of disease is discovered, Dr. Sarah Jordan is assigned to lead a group of scientists to investigate and obstruct the potential. There, she is going to face a life-or-death situation involving the bio-weapons that could transform entire mankind into zombies. Meanwhile, she will have a chance to encounter her father, who is over 500 years old and almost immortal.
