Season 2 begins in Jarden, Texas, a town untouched by The Departure where Kevin Garvey along with his wife Nora Durst and his daughter Jill move to for starting a new life after his retirement.They are welcomed by their neighbors Matt and his family, and local residents Erika and John Murphy who have lived there for a long time .
